Leader: Lord, we celebrate this Holy Week by tracing your steps from Palm Sunday to Easter. Amid the waving of palms and the spreading of garments, you rode into Jerusalem.

Response: O blessed Savior, thank You for our redemption.

Leader: Lord, on Monday, You rebuked and confronted unrighteousness by cleansing the temple.

Response: O Holy and Righteous One, thank You for our redemption.

Leader: Lord, on Tuesday and Wednesday, You proclaimed that if You be lifted up from the earth, You would draw all unto You.

Response: Lord Jesus, thank You for our redemption.

Leader: Lord, on Thursday, You celebrated the Passover and instituted the Lord's Supper. You washed the disciples' feet, promised the Holy Spirit, and healed the ear of Malchus because of Your love for humankind.

Response: O Great Healer, thank You for our redemption.

Leader: Lord, on Thursday, Judas betrayed You for thirty pieces of silver. You were arrested and brought before Caiaphas, the high priest, but showed no anger against these men.

Response: Forgiving God, thank You for our redemption.

Leader: Lord, on Friday, Peter denied You three times. Pilate did not want any part of your crucifixion. Still, You were mocked and spat upon and Judas hanged himself because of his betrayal.

Response: Lord, Messiah, and Savior, thank You for our redemption.

Leader: You accepted the thief on the cross and died at Calvary because of Your love for all of us.

Response: O Divine Redeemer, thank You for our redemption.
