It’s All About the Keys
Adam and Eve had the keys (authority and power of God) to the kingdom in the garden. They walked with God in the garden and God had given them authority/keys to have dominion. When they sinned, they had to turn over the keys/authority to the devil. He then had the authority.
When Jesus died, He took the keys/authority from Satan. Satan is defeated. The only power Satan has over us now is what we give him by believing his lies. The only way he can get in is if we open the “door.” He looks for cracks in our lives, usually from hurts and wounds to drive in the lies. We hold the keys/authority to the kingdom of God. We walk in that power and authority when we pray in Jesus name.
