We need a new church organist. If you or any qualified individuals you know are interested in playing the organ for Bethany services, please contact the Church office.
David Emanuel has graciously agreed to step in to help out until a replacement for Barbara can be found.
The Chancel and Handbell choirs are standing down for the summer.
Please donate your old, deactivated cell phones to our cell phone recycling program. These phones are used to purchase prepaid calling cards for our troops. There is a collection basket on the table outside the church office.
We are forming a "Green Team" to increase recycling at Bethany. If you would like to be on the team, please contact Darlene DeMarr or Charlene McGinity.
The 2011 Budgets are due to Stewardship & Finance by August 29th.

The building in which the Regional Office is housed is slated to be torn down. After working through a number of possible locations and arrangements, they expected to move by the end of September to the North Chevy Chase Christian Church.
